Terms of Service
Effective date: September 18, 2026 · Last updated: September 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Multiply Talents platform (“Platform”, “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, event management firm, or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Accounts, Organizations & Roles
Platform access is governed by hierarchical role-based permissions:
- Organization Owner: Full authority over organization billing, global policies, and branch creation.
- Branch Admin: Authority over branch team members, branch settings, third-party integrations, and branch-wide event operations.
- Event Manager: Authority to create, publish, customize websites, and manage attendee lists for designated branch events.
- Door Staff & Check-In: Verification of guest badges, camera QR scanning, and arrival logging.
- Viewer: Read-only visibility into attendee summaries and event reports.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your user session.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Transmit unsolicited mass communications or spam in violation of applicable telecommunications laws.
- Upload malicious code, exploits, or tamper with multi-tenant data boundaries.
- Impersonate individuals or misrepresent affiliations with event hosts or organizations.
- Collect sensitive biometric or government identity data outside of lawful event registration mandates.
4. Event Websites & Public RSVPs
Organizers may publish custom event websites (weddings, debuts, conferences) and collect online RSVP submissions. You retain all copyright to your uploaded event photography, custom text, and branding. You grant Multiply Talents a non-exclusive license to host and serve these assets solely for fulfilling the event website service.
5. Service Availability & SLA
Multiply Talents strives for high platform availability, particularly during live event check-in windows. However, services are provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted uptime. We strongly advise door staff to maintain cached or exported guest list spreadsheets as secondary physical backups.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multiply Talents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from attendee disputes, venue network outages, or unauthorized third-party access.
